On December 10th, Shanti San Miguel will be hosting a day long yoga retreat by the pool with a vegetarian Indian lunch for 750 pesos per person (pre pay is required). Included is a shuttle from La Comer or Luciernaga.
The morning begins with a yoga class with Juan Man..an invigorating and somewhat challenging vinyasa class. Then you will have time to swim, hike, relax by the pool, or, for an additional 500 pesos, have a massage. Then enjoy a vegetarian Indian lunch (gluten free choices for those who need them)….and after time for digestion, a relaxing hatha class with Brett Knobel.
Some chai…and back to SMA for the evening.

Join us this Sunday for Brunch from 1 until 3…..salmon gravlax on homemade rye, frittata of ham and cheese with fruit, pistachio cardamon cake….300 pesos. Come out early and relax by the pool…or have a swim….spend the day relaxing….and order a tomatillo bloody Mary or some white sangria from the bar.
